She was predeceased by: her husband Dallis J. Henderson; her daughters, Cheryl Henderson and Sheryl Henderson; and her parents, Odis Whitman and Glennie Frances Whitman.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law David Deerman; her daughter Dr. Dawn Henderson; her grandchildren, Jared Deerman (Brooke), Jonathan Deerman (Danielle), Andrew Deerman and Anna Deerman; her great grandchildren, Graham Deerman, Mac Deerman, Finnley Deerman and Piper Deerman; and her siblings, Gerry Jowers (Bill) and Alfred Whitman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel (1018 Florala Hwy, Opp, AL 36467).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to The Gideons International or the First United Methodist Church of Opp.
