She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Welch; her son Mike Welch; her siblings, Johnny Holloway and Sue Holloway; and her parents, Merle Moulton Holloway and Willis Holloway.
She is survived by: her children, Vann Welch (Tina), Tammy Welch Buckelew (Jeff) and Yvette Welch; her sisters, Betty Scofield and Fay Benton; and her grandchildren, Ty Buckelew, Sheena, Amanda Ellison, Jonathon, Vann Halford, Shayne, Kristen Stinson, Dustin, Jamie Lawson, Tristian Pace, Matthiew Pace and Cade Lawson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel (1018 Florala Hwy, Opp, AL 36467). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens (Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens, AL-52, Opp, AL 36467).
