She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Fowler and Melva Ward Fowler; and her brother David Jay Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Kyle Whitson (Santanna) and Lacy Simms; her grandchildren, Kelsey Whitson, Haley Warmack, Chris Lawrence, Christan Simms, Alaina Simms and Melania Simms; her cousin Lori Windham (David); and her brother Ronald Edward Fowler. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
