He is survived by: his wife Shannon Kyser Huggins; his children, Jeffery Scott Huggins, David Lance Huggins and Haley Grace Huggins; his sister Beverly Huggins Kervin (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Alexandria G. Kelsoe, Lola Steddum Jones, Lucie Jones and Theo Jones.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
