He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Suggs Anderson and Walter H. Anderson. He is survived by: his sister Joan Anderson Mills (Danny); his sons, Brent Cook (Allison), Brian Cook and Brad Cook; and his niece Sabrina Mills (Steve Marcotte). He is also survived by two children; and 12 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren.
