He is survived by: his wife Judy P. McIntosh of Opp; his children, Jimmy McIntosh (Teresa) of Andalusia, Brenda Hattaway (Kenneth) of Gantt, Sue and Thompson; and his brother Dennis McIntosh (Sara) of Rehobeth, AL.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
