He was predeceased by: his parents, Kat and Buddy. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his son Jonathan (Katie); his siblings, Jimmy (Cynthia) and Kathy (Lee); his stepchildren, Scott Tremaine (Valerie) and Rachael Hebel (Dave); and his grandchildren, Isabella, Pace, Scarlett Crew, Michael and Andrew Tremaine (Hannah). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
