It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Lee McLaughlin (Opelika, Alabama), who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne; and his siblings, Mildred Flossie McLaughlin, Imogene Webster, Dr. James, Rupert Whigham McLaughlin, Dr. Leon, Dr. Robert Joseph McLaughlin and Dr. Max.
He is survived by: his children, Carol McLaughlin Dell, Thomas Edward McLaughlin, Laura Lee McLaughlin Svacha (James Baird Svacha) and Lianne McLaughlin Hand (Jonathan Russell Hand); his grandchildren, Harold Lynn Dell, Jr., Wayne Lee Dell, Matthew, Margaret Page McLaughlin Hoek and James Baird Svacha; and his great grandchildren, Caroline Elizabeth Dell, Henry Hayes Dell, Thomas Charles McLaughlin and Daniel James McLaughlin.
