He is survived by: his wife Betty Garrett Gunn; his children, Thomas Howard Gunn Jr. (Paula) and Dana Gunn-Molina (Gary); his grandchildren, Shelsie Gunn, Mason Gunn and Randall Wilkerson; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Preston; and his siblings, Byron Gunn (Yong) and Lela Rhyne (Glenn). He is also survived by several nephews and one niece.
