We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2023, at the age of 70, Thomas Lamar Curry III (Opelika, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Curry, Jr. and Clara H. Curry; and his wife Charlotte McCurdy Curry of Opelika, Alabama.. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Lamar Curry (Jennifer) of Auburn, Michael Lanier Murphy of Marion and Crystal Dianne Curry of Auburn; his grandchildren, Stephen Andrew Curry of Auburn, Thomas Lamar Curry IV of Auburn, Jackson Caleb Curry of Auburn, Mary Emma Claire Curry of Auburn, Ethan Finn Curry of Auburn, Madison Faith Murphy of Marion, Britian Skyler Murphy of Opelika and Preston Manuel Curry of Auburn; his sister Robin Curry Armstrong (Walter) of Dadeville; and his stepmother Nell Buffington (Everette) of Waverly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either the Autism Society of America or the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
