He is survived by: his children, David Butler (Laura), Tamera Garner (Trip), Celeste Welch (Clint) and Ramona Mulkey; his grandchildren, Addison Garner, Britney Butler, Jonathan Butler (Holley), Emma Hardman (Hunter), Ben Garner, Amelia Welch, Jackson Welch, Ruthie Mulkey, Luke Welch and Reese Mulkey; and his sisters, Doris, Betty, Mary, Martha and Lonelle.
