She was predeceased by: her father Griff Mayberry; and her husband Sidney Lewis "Sonny" Fields, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Holly Fields Eaton (Blaine) and Trey Fields (Emily); her grandchildren, Sydni Roberts, Justin Roberts, Trent Fields and Taylor Fields; and her sister-in-law Betty Jean Prescott.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Providence Baptist Church Building Fund.
