He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Howard and Molly Howard; and his son Stephen Howard. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Howard; his children, Clayton Howard (Regina) and Lacey Kizziah; his grandchildren, Wake, Molly, Harper and Hudson; and his siblings, Randy Howard (Donna) and Sharon Raiford (Billy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
