She was predeceased by: her father William Turner; and her husband Richard Wayne Smith. She is survived by: her children, Alan Wayne Smith, Michael Calvin Smith, Bryan David Smith, Robert Vaughn Smith, Stephanie Irene Midkiff, Margaret Diana McIntire and Jennifer Lynn Smith. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
