She is survived by: her children, Robert Charles Minnifield of Opelika, AL, Bernice Gray of Opelika, AL, Tony Lamar Menefield (Mary) of Opelika, AL, James Menefield of Opelika, AL, Daron Menefield of Opelika, AL, Twanna Menefield of Opelika, AL and Derrick Menefield of Opelika, AL; and her siblings, Emma Hughley of Opelika, AL, Betty Parks of Detroit, MI, Mary Jane Menefee of Detroit, MI, Ethel Mae Reed of Cleveland, OH and Clinton Mennefield, Jr. of Opelika, AL. She is also survived by grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Garden Hills Cemetery (1218 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801).
