We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2022, at the age of 91, Sara Lee Bandy Gentry of Opelika, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, David Gentry of Salem, AL, Mary Ann Mott of Houston, TX, Sherry Sydnor (Julius) of Opelika, AL and Cathy Ogletree of Opelika, AL; her sister Sadie Williams of Salem, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Annie Sims of Salem, AL and McArthur Fears of Opelika, AL. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
