She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie B. Pugh and Carrie Grimes Pugh Ward; her children, Sandra Kaye Washam and Butch Washam; and her siblings, June Langford and Eddie B. Pugh.
She is survived by: her son Tony Sykes of Smiths Station, AL; her sister Debra Carmack of Opelika, AL; and her granddaughter Chelsea Bussey (Adam) of Smiths Station, AL.
