It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Sanford Chase in Opelika, Alabama, born in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lee Chase and Adell Chase; and his siblings, Malvie Joe Powers and Earnest Chase. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Diane Chase; his children, Christina Chase, Bennie Coulter (Michelle), Darryl Coulter, Davina Lang and Bryan Lee Chase; his grandchildren, Candice Rowell, Brett Lang, Caressa Tice, Alex Coulter, John William Lang, Ashley Buice, Caitlyn Chase and Makenzie Chase; his sister Eloise Debuke; his sister-in-law Fran Chase; and his nephew Rickey Koon. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
