He is survived by: his wife Linda Madsen Guy; his children, Murry Guy (Tiffany), Perry Guy Wright (Gabriel), Wendy Guy Hickey (Jesse) and Jonathan Guy (Anna); his brother Michael Guy (Belva); and his siblings-in-law, Wendy Holden (David) and Andy Madsen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
