He was predeceased by: his sister Jean Russell. He is survived by: his wife Clara May Justice; his sons, Timothy Joe Justice (Alicia) and Todd Jeremy Justice (Jessica); his grandsons, Gavin and Gunner; his niece Shannon Scruggs; and his great-nephew Russ.
