He is survived by: his children, David Franklin (Krista) and Robin Cobb (Chuck); his granddaughters, Skylar Cobb and Amelia Watson; his nieces, Donna Roland (Tyler) and Tonya (Scott); and his nephew Jeff Franklin (Juanita). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
