He is survived by: his sister Myrtis Williams Hightower of Salem, AL; his stepsiblings, Virginia Thrasher of Columbus, GA, Diane James (Bobby) of Phenix City, AL, Mitchell Davis and John Willie Davis of Omaha, NE; his godsons, Horace "Marlon" Youson of Kaiserslautern and Herschel Youson of Atlanta, GA; his nephew Michael Floyd of Salem, AL; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Flakes (Diane) of Wonton, MD, Marietta Flakes, Rosie Marks (Percy) of Opelika, AL and Betty Flakes of Salem, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
