He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Mann and Annie Bell Mann; his siblings, Huey Andrew Mann, Henry Earl Mann and Betty Mann Coombs; his son David Perry Mann; and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth K. Mann.
He is survived by: his sons, Ted L. Mann (Venita), Victor D. Mann, Jamey S. Mann and Robert B. Mann (Alexandra); his brother Noyle Mann; his sister-in-law Maxine A. Mann; his grandchildren, Lacey M. Woodroof (Tom), Nathaniel B. Mann (Liz), Kelsey M. Long (Tyler), Dylan D. Mann (April), Zachary S. Mann (Brogan), Nicholas B. Mann, Austin T. Mann (Lauren), Megan M. Fowler (Steven), Sydney M. Cagle (Cameron), Jacob L. Mann, Olivia G. Mann, Jackson L. Mann and Sabrina R. Mann; and his great grandchildren, Lilly S. Drake, Ambrose Munsey-Mann, Ruby B. Fowler, Rowan Fowler, Ellis K. Mann and Charlotte M. Long. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home (1500 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Jeffcoat - Trant Funeral Home (1500 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801).
