He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Moseley; and his brothers, William E. Moseley and Michael Moseley. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Moseley; his children, Michael Lee Varney (Tonya), Patricia House (Tim) and Teresa Varney; and his siblings, Wade Moseley (Angela), Connie Miller-Norris and Albert "Butch" Moseley (Linda). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
