She is survived by: her former husband Keith Hartzog; her husband George Edward Barbrey of Opelika; her son David Jason Hartzog (Amy); and her grandchildren, Ann-Katherine Hartzog Lovin (Jacob), Gunnar Hartzog, Gray Hartzog and Audrey Hartzog. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
