He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil Edward Livingston. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Livingston; his children, Jeffery Livingston and Tracy Livingston Sprinkle (Scott); his grandchildren, Dalton Kelly, Aerial Miller, Joshua Livingston and Kaela Ann Livingston; and his brother Eddie Livingston (Lisa).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Crawford Masonic Lodge.
