He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Cadenhead, Clarence Cadenhead (Dottie), Ellis Cadenhead (Carol) and Anne Patrick; his children, Michael Cadenhead (Judy), Melanie Cadenhead, Mark Cadenhead (Dody) and Milton Cadenhead (Diane); his grandchildren, Alec, Maria, Nick, Sara and Hannah Cadenhead; his stepgrandchildren, Eric Noah (Heather) and Kim Castelo (Richard); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lillie, Wyatt and Ophelia.
