He was predeceased by: his father Henry Howard Foreman, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Henry Howard "Howie" Foreman, Jr., Mary Carolyn Foreman and George Houston Foreman; his cousin Debra Lynn Pruitt; and his aunts and uncles, Elna Brown, Douglas Foreman, Paity Wallace, Ted Foreman, Tim Foreman and Luther Foreman. He is also survived by many loving cousins and other family members.
