It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Christopher Norrell of Opelika, Alabama, who passed away on February 23, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gaston Norrell and Lillian Leona Estes Norrell. He is survived by: his children, John Corey Norrell (Gary) of Valley, Christy Lynn Norrell Merritt of Beauregard and Heather Dawn Norrell Bayles (Austin) of Beauregard, Alabama; his grandchildren, Christin Simpson Deupree (Josh) of Beauregard, Austin Simpson (Nichole) of Camp Hill, Gracie Bayles of Auburn and Catherine Bayles of Beauregard, Alabama; and his great grandchild Cooper Deupree of Beauregard, Alabama.
