He was predeceased by: his wife June Brand Hunt; his son Jerry Macon Hunt Jr.; and his children-in-law, Ann Cawthon Hunt and Roger Dale Corley. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Hunt Corley and June Hunt Pitney; and his children-in-law, Paul Pitney and Cindy Hunt. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren and their numerous spouses.
