She is survived by: her husband Charley Stephens; her children, Kris Stephens (Tammy) and Leah Worsham (Charlie); her grandchildren, Alexandria Regan, Timothy Regan, Lauren Zarb, Stephen Worsham, Kyle Stephens, Ben Stephens, Victoria Stephens, Thomas Moore and Victoria Hightower; and her nieces, Hope Howard and Cindy Landry. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many cousins.
