She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Milton McLain and Wynell Hamil McLain; her husband Jack Emory Worthington, Sr.; her son Jeffery McLain Worthington; and her siblings, Gene McLain and Salley McLain Aaron.

She is survived by: her children, Jack Emory Worthington, Jr. (Angela), Laura Lynn Ellis (David) and Jeanna Faye Kervin (Isaac).
