He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Murtice Cason and J. B. Bracknell, Sr.; his son Toby Bracknell; and his brother J. B. Bracknell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cooper Bracknell; his sister Quilla Ledford; and his sister-in-law Michelle Bracknell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to either the Wounded Warriors Project or St. Jude's Hospital.
