He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his sister Micki Cullen (Gordon); his son Jeffrey Johnson (Marti); his stepdaughters, Debbie Inglis and Linda Inglis Carter (Jim); and his grandchildren, River Johnson, Ian Maddox, Ruby Maddox, Savannah Carter and Henry Carter.

Due to the Covid crisis, a memorial service will not be held at this time.
