He is survived by: his wife Jane Federer Coughlin; his children, Dan Coughlin (Wendi) of Santa Cruz, CA, Jeanie Coughlin of Minneapolis, MN, Kari Heber (Larry) of Canton, GA, Tracie (Brian), Elrod and Auburn; his brothers, Robert, Jim and Roger; and his grandchildren, Madison Elrod Sandlin (Jake), Savannah Elrod, Lawrence Heber, Elizabeth Heber, Antonia Coughlin and Robert Coughlin.
