He was predeceased by: his brother Mitchell Lane Underwood; and his parents, Lewis Underwood and Dot Underwood. He is survived by: his daughter Chloe' of Tallapoosa, GA; his sister-in-law Lynda Underwood (Mitchell) of Opelika; and his niece Amy Underwood Spain (Jim) of Opelika.
