She was predeceased by: her husband Don Davis; her parents, Clyde Nettles and Ellen Nettles; her sister Marquita Nettles; and her former husband Raleigh Shuman.
She is survived by: her children, Raleine Sillman (Glenn) of Auburn and Robert Shuman (Angie) of Auburn; her grandchildren, Bobby Shuman (Emily) of Decatur, Georgia and Rick Shuman (Kelly) of Auburn; her great grandchildren, Maddie, Lyla Shuman of Auburn, Robert, Elizabeth, Wilson Shuman of Decatur and Georgia; and her stepchildren, Lynn Rogers (David) of Sylacauga, Valerie Rearden (Greg) of Florida, Wanda White (Pat) of Opelika and Valley. She is also survived by her family as "Mema".
