He is survived by: his wife Judy Wiggins; his children, Terri Bates (Craig) of Murfreesboro, TN. and Travis D. Wiggins; his grandchildren, Caitlin Bates, Josh Wiggins, Baylee Bates, Paul Carson and Mackenzie Wiggins; and his siblings, John Earl Wiggins, Dennis Wiggins, Carolyn Griffith (Jim) and Jeanette Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
