He is survived by: his fiancée Cindy Clements; his children, Stacey Bishop, Shannon Franklin, Brittany Adams, Chris Franklin (Suzie) and Hunter Franklin (Tammy); and his siblings, Mike Franklin, Melanie Crosby (Hop) and Kat Franklin (Patti). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
