He is survived by: his wife Shari (Shari); his daughters, Amy and Kelly; his siblings, Lois Campbell, Marilyn Smith (Mike), Ray Campbell (Shelley), Janet Stark (Denny), Charlene Kogelmann (Gary), Roger Campbell (Shirley), Allan Campbell (Pam), Bill Campbell (Sandra), Annette Marcath (Ray), Paulette Miller (Ike) and Joe Campbell (Michele); his father-in-law Dale Huffman (Blanche McElfresh); and his in-laws, Randy Huffman (Lisa Mina) and Emily Waldrop (Mike).
