He is survived by: his wife Sue Parker; his children, Kirsten Kays (Steve Kays), Dave Parker, Jr. (Chris Parker), Stacia Godbold (Joe Godbold) and Chris Bray (Shelli Bray); his grandchildren, Cameron Kays (Neil Inman), Holden Kays, Logan Parker, James Parker, Benjamin Godbold, Matthew Godbold, Kennedy Peterson (Wesley Peterson), Nia Kate Bray, Andrew Bray and Mackenzi Williams Sanders (Avery Sanders); and his great grandchildren, Alexandria Ann Sanders and Briar Peterson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
