He was predeceased by: his parents, Ouida Whatley Davis and Huey Davis; and his brother Glen H. Davis. He is survived by: his wife Anne Hodgkins Davis; his children, Jeffery Davis (Amy), Sumner of Colorado Springs, CO and Jonathan Davis (Dallas); his grandchildren, Charlie, Chase and Auburn Davis of Auburn, AL; and his brother Phil Davis (Diane) of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by his nephew and nieces.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to the Helping Fund.
