He is survived by: his mother Faye Leatherman; his wife Donna Leatherman; his children, Anna, Carrie Leatherman, Sarah Leatherman Cornwell (Eric), Candy Bellflower and James Cortez; his grandchildren, Ashton Thompson, Colton Bellflower, Ethan, Eli Leatherman and John Christopher Moore; and his brothers, Tony Leatherman (Debbie), Maurice Leatherman (Penny) and Nathan Leatherman (Elizabeth).
