He is survived by: his daughter LaQuita Baker (Eric) of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Eric Baker, Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO and Jaydin Baker of Huntsville, AL; his great grandchild Aiden Baker of Colorado Springs, CO; his siblings, Jesse Tinsley of Cleveland, OH, Kenneth Tinsley of El Paso, TX, Jacqueline Wheeler (James) of El Paso, TX, Kimberly Tinsley of Marietta, GA and Karen Taylor (Thomas III) of Las Vegas, NV; his stepmother Johnnie Tinsley of Opelika, AL; his aunt Bessie Tinsley of Chicago, IL; his friends, Dempsey "Buddy" Gordon of San Antonio, TX and Jerry May of Salem, AL; and his nieces and nephews, Whitney Jordan (April) of Louisville, KY, Chezman Jordan of Opelika, AL, Aliyah Jordan of Tuscaloosa, AL, Lagrecia Fears (Carlos) of Opelika, AL, Hanah Bertrain (Kimblee Taylor) of Buford, TX and Daniel James Leatherman of Buford, TX. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
