He is survived by: his children, Brett Lynn (Karen) and Tanya Lynn (Herbert Bates III); his granddaughter Kylee Faith Lynn; his sisters, Mary Goggans, Patricia Hilyer and Elsie Balcom; his stepgrandchildren, Brie Morgan, Kalen Bates, Seth Eason and Caleb Eason; and his friend Sandra Cantrell.
