She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Wilson DeSee and Barbara Wilson Whiteside; her grandchildren, Samuel Whiteside, Scott Whiteside, Rachel Whiteside and Devin DeSee; her extended family Tom DeSee (Diane DeSee); her brother-in-law Bob Mosley; her nephews, Robert Mosley (Chip) and Cameron Mosley (Andy); and her niece Carol Mosley White.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests any gifts in Carolyn's honor be directed to any one of her favorite charities: The American Kidney Foundation, The American Heart Association, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, The Children's Miracle Network, The Ocean Conservatory, and The Alzheimer's Foundation.
