With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Kingren of Opelika, Alabama, born in Dairyland, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 7, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Fred Kingren and Effie Cockerham Kingren; and his sisters, Audrey Kingren Horner and Jessie Kingren Whitus. He is survived by: his wife Janice Whaley Kingren of Opelika; his children, Katherine Hawkins (Charles) of Ocean Springs, MS and J. Fred Kingren (Stacy) of Birmingham; his stepdaughter Billie Jean Miller (Mark) of Opelika; and his sisters, Margorie Rand (Allen) of Danbury, WI and Lorraine Seeland of St. Joseph, MI.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
The family requests that masks be worn and social distancing be practiced during the service.
