It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brady Lee Spivey of Opelika, Alabama, who passed away on November 27, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Spivey (Jill) of Alexandria, VA, Mahogany Lewis of Opelika, AL and Valencia Floyd (Forranta) of Opelika, AL; his grandchildren, Arequavious Griffin, Markhia Jenkins and Zora Spivey; his siblings, Peggy Barnett of Opelika, AL and Ronald Spivey (Selma Billingslea) of Opelika, AL; his aunts, Josephine Williams of Opelika, AL and Lavonia Ogletree of South Carolina; his sister-in-law Belinda Spivey of Opelika, AL; and his friends, Kelvin Walton of Opelika, AL and Leon Evans of Opelika, AL. He is also survived by fur baby, "Chico"; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel (515 S 6th St, Opelika, AL 36801).
