He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Minniefield and Louise Ingram Minniefield; his son Demetrious Menniefield; and his siblings, Melinda Minniefield, Dennie Mae Minniefield Spencer, Gary Menniefield, Darryl Lee Menniefield, Randy Lewis Menniefield and Perry Austin Menniefield.
He is survived by: his sons, Roderigus Menniefield (Bridgett) of Simpsonville, SC, Marcus Menniefield of Greenville, SC and Michael Menniefield (Liz) of Brooklyn, NY; and his sister Shirley Mennifield Jones of Birmingham, AL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
