She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Edison and Ramelia Harden Lewis; her husband Raymond Collins; her son Dale Collins; and her grandson Daniel Collins.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Collins (Frances) and Scott Collins (Joselyn); and her grandchildren, Laura Childs (Shane), Lisa Price (Hunter), Lindsey and Leah Collins. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
